This CQI workshop will focus on both the practical application and how to break down ALL the steps in the process – Prepare, Assess, Plan, Improve, and Reflect. We'll also show you how to use excerpts from the new CQI Guidebook as a resource to understand how to build your CQI muscle and mindset!
